With a remarkable background spanning over 20 years in the IT industry including 7+ years and a systems engineering technician, 8+ years in project and program management, combined with more than 5 years as a certified coach and 3+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Tilern brings an unique and invaluable combination of skills and expertise to shape and lead our organisation in providing you with the best in class support you deserve and need.

As a seasoned IT industry professional, Tilern possesses an intimate understanding of the fast-paced and ever-evolving landscape of the digital world. Furthermore, having navigated through various roles and responsibilities, Tilern has gained a profound understanding of the challenges and opportunities that individuals encounter within this dynamic industry.

Recognising her passion for meaningful change, Tilern delved into the world of coaching personal growth and performance, earning a certification as a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) coach. This training and subsequent application has equipped her with the tools, skills and expertise to guide individuals through their own journey of self-discovery and achievement. Drawing from her own personal experiences and using an empathetic and compassionate approach, Tilern empowers and equips her clients to overcome obstacles, unlock their true potential, and thrive in all areas of life.

To build on her coaching skills and undertook CIPD certification in Learning and Development, specialising in Organisational Development, to uniquely position herself to be able to enhance individual and team performance in support of the strategic organisational development objectives. Leveraging this unique expertise, she crafts innovative and impactful solutions at SoulSkills™, tailored to meet the unique needs of clients seeking personal growth, professional advancement, organisational transformation or any combination of the three.
